The repair process

Step 1

Delivery of the device

You order the repair through the form available on our website. Within 24 hours, at a time of your choosing, you will be contacted by a customer service representative, with whom you will agree on how to deliver the equipment to our service. You can deliver the device yourself or use the shipping option.

Step 2


When the equipment arrives at our service center, we perform an initial diagnosis of the device. Your assignedcustomer servicerepresentative will contact you again to provide available repair options and a quote. 

Step 3


At this stage, we handle the complete repair of your equipment. We use only the highest quality equipment and materials, and we keep you informed of the progress.  The equipment is thoroughly tested before returning it to you.

Step 4


Once the repair is complete, we return the equipment. You can pick it up from our service center yourself or use the shipping option. We insure each shipment and use only reliable shipping providers, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
